Welcome new students - Karate, a way of life, words we have heard. Karate is not like other things in life. Karate provides direction and provides the challenge to continual growth and refinement. We challenge the body to gain control over the mind. Thus we can control the body. Thus we can control the will.  It is not an easy task but the accomplishments achieved in the process are more than worth the time and efforts involved.  We will train hard, learn a lot, and have fun.  Martial Art Weapon’s Class starts at 7:30pm every Thursday night (Weapon of the month is Sai).

             Tuesday             Kid’s class                      6:00 P.M. to 6:45 P.M.

                                       Teen/Adult class             6:45 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

             Thursday            Kid’s class                      6:00 P.M. to 6:45 P.M.

                                       Teen/Adult                      6:45 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

 

Classes held at the O’Brien Center

             Wednesday        Active Older Adults        9:00 AM to 9:45 AM      (ages 45 plus)

             Saturday            Active Older Adults        9:00 AM to 9:45 AM      (ages 45 plus)

                                       Kid’s class                      10:00 A.M. to 10:45 A.M.

Classes held at Pinhook Park

             Thursday            Kobudo                           7:30 P.M. to 8:15 P.M.
